Notes About this Topic

Every civil service entrance exam will include an assessment of your writing abilities. Report writing and communications in general are critical parts of the job. To do well on your exam, you need to refresh yourself on English grammar, punctuation, spelling and vocabulary. On many exams, you will be asked to write an Incident Report or Police Report. Learn what the essential parts of an Incident Report are and how to ace this portion of the exam.
