There may be slight differences in how agencies conduct the Physical Abilities Test, but they all have a lot in common. Below are a few of my favorite sites that give you a clear explanation and demonstration of how the test will be conducted. The tests are designed to be fair assessments of the skills required in the job for both male and female candidates. The PAT is usually given at the start of the hiring process, so it is critical that you get in good shape!
